Breathable Mesh Upper
Utilising a mesh upper, the Wave Equate 9 encases your feet with breathable comfort. Perforations within the upper ensure constant airflow, the small holes in the mesh encourage cool air to flow and circulate the shoe whilst removing built-up heat to help regulate temperature, so you remain comfortable when clocking up the miles. Increasing comfort Mizuno has included a cushioned tongue and heel that enhances the comfort and fit, teamed with a traditional lacing system that secures the midfoot and heel areas to reduce excessive movement for a locked-in fit and distraction-free strides.

Mizuno ENERZY Midsole
Providing exceptional comfort and support, the shoes utilise a Mizuno ENERZY midsole, which provides outstanding cushioning and energy return. Absorbing shocks without compromising comfort, the midsole foam dampens impacts when striking hard surfaces, lessening the risk of injury. The energy produced when striking the ground is converted into a rebound adding a spring to your next step. This has been teamed with Mizuno Wave Technology which enhances the in-shoe cushioning while increasing stability.
